The De Livar Prosciutto di Monastero is the cured hind leg of the Livar pig. The hind leg is aged for at least 12 months using an artisanal and natural process. This results in a tender piece of cured ham with a wonderful savoury flavour (umami). It's an essential addition to any charcuterie board or a perfect accompaniment to asparagus.
