Delivery and delivery
Order and delivery days
We prepare every order with love, passion and craftsmanship in our meat workshop in Echt. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as we have prepared your order and it has been sent or can be collected.
Delivery
With conditioned transport, we deliver private and business orders to your home, restaurant or butcher's shop on Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays.
Orders placed before 10:00 on Monday, Wednesday and/or Thursday will normally be delivered the next working day between 08:00 and 18:00. Would you like to be delivered on a specific day? Then please indicate this in the comments window.
We can currently deliver throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) and Flanders (Belgium).
Warning! The above information applies to our deliveries in the Netherlands. In Belgium, we deliver on Tuesdays or Thursdays, depending on where you live. We are therefore unable to give an exact order and delivery date for Belgium.
Collection
Collection is free of charge and possible every working day between 08:30 h - 17:00 h at our meat workshop in Echt. Normally, pick-up orders ordered before 3pm are ready for collection the next working day. Would you like to collect on a specific day? Please indicate this in the comments window.
Track & trace
The evening before delivery of your order, you will receive a track & trace code from our carrier, allowing you to track your order so you know exactly what time your order will be delivered.
Shipping costs and minimum order value
The conditioned shipping of fresh produce results in high shipping costs. That is why we apply different rates of shipping costs. Please note that we apply a minimum order value of €75.
Private orders
- €9.95* shipping costs for orders between €75 and €100
- Free shipping on orders from €100*
*Prices quoted include VAT for private customers.
Business orders
- €12.50* shipping costs for orders between €75 and €150
- Free shipping on orders from €150*
*Said prices are exclusive of VAT for business customers.
Return policy
It is not always possible to return perishable goods such as fresh Livar meat and Livar meat products. If you have a complaint or question about your order, always contact us first via e-mail or by phone on +31 (0) 88 548 27 83. We will then look for a suitable solution together.
