Livar Selected Specialists who exclusively offer Livar meat as pork have the opportunity to be certified as Livar Selected Specialist with Curl. This unique predicate can be obtained by any Livar Selected Specialist who meets the strict requirements of external inspector Kiwa VERIN. This way, the chain is closed from farm to fork and the origin of the pork is fully guaranteed.
Livar Horeca ambassador
The official Livar catering ambassadorship recognises catering establishments that work exclusively with Livar pork. These ambassadors promote sustainability and craftsmanship by using tasty local and animal-friendly pork in their culinary creations.
