Successful Livar inspiration day
Connection and inspiration on the monastery farm of Lilbosch Abbey
With great enthusiasm, Livar looks back on the successful inspiration day that took place at the historic monastery farm of Lilbosch Abbey in Echt. The day, organised to promote cooperation and inspiration among all stakeholders of the short Livar chain, proved a resounding success. The attendees, from all links of the chain, went home with renewed energy and ideas. Besides inspiring and learning, this special meeting was of course also dedicated to Livar's 25th anniversary.
One of the highlights of the day was the lively debate held with a panel of industry experts namely Rosan de Groot (Dierenbescherming), Koos van Essen (KNS), Alex Datema (Rabobank), Maurits Steverink (True Food Projects) and Frank de Rond (Livar). This debate, led by Dr Merel Postma and Jos Tobben, provided an open platform where different insights and experiences were shared on topics such as, craft, processing, animal welfare, true value and chain assurance. The open and inspiring discussions gave all attendees new perspectives and strengthened mutual ties within the chain.
The debate was followed by the Livar Inspiration Market, which also proved to be a great success. The market offered the professionals from the food and agri sector present a unique opportunity to discover the various facets of the Livar chain. Innovations, products and services were exhibited which led to fruitful discussions and new insights.
The musical accompaniment to the day was provided by legendary drummer Cesar Zuiderwijk. His unique drumming sessions on Big Green Eggs created a special and energetic atmosphere, adding an extra dynamic touch to the inspiration day.
The day more than achieved its goal of connecting and inspiring stakeholders from all links in the Livarketen. The event strengthened engagement and cooperation within the sector. The positive feedback from participants confirmed the value and values of this event.
