Livar meets Restaurant Wolfslaar

I see the Netherlands as one big province. With Livar pork, of course, but also, for example, the langoustines that come here from the North Sea. You have so many beautiful products, if you just look around. That is not to say that everything in this cuisine comes from the Netherlands, but I do try to make as few food miles as possible and really do look at what the area has to offer.
