The smoked bacon cubes are made from the beautifully marbled belly bacon and ham meat of the Livar pig. The meat is dry salted, dried and traditionally smoked on beech wood. This results in very tender bacon cubes with a full smoky flavour. Delicious with an egg, in a stew or in sauerkraut.
