The Livar smoked sausage is made from lean Livar meat. Due to the grinding, the structure is slightly coarser and the meat taste comes into its own. Adding fine herbs and smoking in a natural casing creates a crispy fine smoked sausage with a full smoky flavour. Delicious with stew or as a hot dog.
