Overheerlijke Livar pulled pork wordt bereid van de nek, ook wel procureur genoemd, van het Limburgs Kloostervarken. Dit mooi gemarmerde stuk vlees wordt langzaam gegaard op lage temperatuur, waardoor het heerlijk mals wordt en na bereiding moeiteloos uit elkaar valt in de kenmerkende zachte, sappige draadjes vlees. Het ambachtelijke bereidingsproces zorgt voor een rijke en karakteristieke Livar smaakbeleving. Heerlijk op een broodje, bij de barbecue of in een wrap, taco of loaded fries.
