The Livarano consists of several tender and soft cuts of meat from the Livar pig. The meat is flavoured with a special spice blend based on jalapeño peppers and then dried. This results in a slightly spicy and tangy sausage with a nice, dry structure and a unique character. Delicious on the charcuterie board.
