The Livarano with jalapeño consists of various tender and soft pieces of meat from the Livar pig. The meat is flavoured with a special spice blend based on jalapeño peppers and then dried. This results in a lightly spicy and piquant sausage with a beautiful, dry structure and a unique character. Delicious on a charcuterie board.
