The Livar ham is made from the marbled and dry-cured side ham of the Livar pig. Matured for at least 5 months using a natural and traditional process. A tender piece of ham with slightly less umami than Prosciutto di Monastero. The texture is also slightly firmer. Not to be missed on the charcuterie board or with asparagus.
