This privacy policy applies to the services of Meat Limburg BV, legally falling under the entity Meat Limburg BV. You should be aware that Meat Limburg BV is not responsible for the privacy policy of other sites and sources. By using this website, you indicate that you accept the privacy policy.
Meat Limburg BV respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially.
Processing of personal data
Processing of personal data Meat Limburg may process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these details to us yourself. For example, you may provide your contact details to us if you wish to communicate with us, if you would like to receive further information about our services, if you subscribe to our newsletter, when you wish to apply for a position within our organisation or if you wish to do business with us. We then process this personal data in order to perform our services and/or to inform you. Without this personal data, it is not possible for us to perform our services and/or to inform you. We use your personal data exclusively for the processing of your request.
The data is stored on Meat Limburg BV's own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data in our possession. We might also acquire information from a third party that indirectly relates to you. When we do so, we ask the third party in question to guarantee that the information was obtained by them in a lawful manner and that we have the right to acquire that information from them and use it.
In addition, we are interested in data that says something about the use of our website, for example the number of visitors in a certain period, which countries our visitors come from and which pages are viewed the most. To this end, we may register your IP address and domain name. In order to adapt the facilities and functions to the user's equipment, we also keep track of the type of browser you use to access our website. The information obtained is the property of Meat Limburg.
Communications
When you send email or other messages to us, it is possible that we retain those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal data that is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on Meat Limburg BV's own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data we hold.
