In the kitchen, we work with carefully selected fresh quality products from the region, from Dutch soil and from the North Sea. The dishes consist of worldly flavours from Asian to classic French and are prepared using many different techniques. This is why we also like to work with Livar meat. From amuse bouche to chocolates, everything is homemade by our kitchen staff. We hope that our guests taste, see, smell, hear and experience the love and passion in return.
