Livar jink is made from the marbled and dry-salted slab of Livar pig. Aged for at least 5 months through a natural and artisanal process. A tender ham with slightly less umami than the Prosciutto di Monastero. The texture is also slightly harder. Should not be missing on the charcuterie board.
