All this, of course, in accordance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations. You also sort the pieces of meat, recognise deviations and take action accordingly. It is a varied job, in which you will apply various cutting techniques.
What can you expect from us?
- A working week of 36 hours.
- Normal working days are Monday to Friday.
- Day shifts from 05:00 to 14:00.
- Full travel reimbursement.
- The intention of this position is permanent employment.
- Salary indication: 15 to 20 euros gross per hour + CLA and performance bonuses.
- Location for this vacancy is Echt .
What do we expect from you?
- You have several years of working experience as a boning or retail butcher.
- You are a real go-getter.
- You have good physical fitness and are an early bird; work starts early in the morning.
- You are familiar with HACCP regulations.
- Flexible with regard to occasional overtime during busy periods.
