At butcher's shop Lieuwe Nicolaï, everything revolves around craftsmanship. A trusted address in Oosterwolde since 1910, our butcher's shop is now run by the fourth generation of Nicolaï. In our traditional butcher's shop, all meat, from our own selected regional farmers, is processed in-house. The sausage-making and charcuterie departments are also completely traditional.

That's what we stand for. No stories prettier than reality, just honest, high-quality meat. If we can't stand behind a product, we don't sell it. It's as simple as that.
