The episode
Chef Sharon de Miranda, together with the camera crew of KRO-NCRV programme BinnensteBuiten, visited Lilbosch Abbey and its Livar monastery farm. She interacted with animal caretakers Rik and Carlo. The trio discussed the way of keeping pigs with an eye for their natural behaviour and the unique cooperation between Livar and the monks of the historic Cistercian abbey in Echt, Limburg.
