Livar smoked pork shoulder ham

Livar smoked farmer's shoulder ham is made from the marbled shoulder of the Livar pig. It is traditionally roped, lightly smoked on beech wood and slowly cooked. The smoked farmer's shoulder ham has a mild flavour with a slight hint of smoke and is therefore often used as a spread on bread or combined in a dish with asparagus.
