To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identification document with the request. On this copy, please black out the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and national register number (Burgerservicenummer - BSN). This is for the protection of your privacy. Livar will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any event within four weeks.<\/p>
